  • Support is available only for paid subscribers. No support after subscription expires.
  • Please check your google transaction id or apple transaction and make sure that it is valid. Include this in your email.
  • Many issues are resolved by deleting the app and reinstalling. Please try this to get uptodate software.
  • Sound related issues are largely determined by platform and processor capacity. If you produce too many sounds in short time , you may hear echos and eventually loss of sound. This should get restored automatically.
  • For all other issues, attach a detailed description, your platform, transaction details and a screen video of the problem and send to saregalabs@gmail.com with subject SitarApp Support.
  • Purchase related issues, that you are not able to purchase or purchasesing not showing up can be directly sent to saregalabs@gmail.com. Include platform, version, transaction id, email.
