  1. Support is available only for paid customers.
  2. Please make sure that your are running latest version.
  3. Take a screen video of the problem.
  4. Include your Platform (ios/android etc..) , your paid purchase details – Google Transaction Id.
  5. If possible make sure that problem happens with other accounts and other devices.
